Pennsylvanians work hard every day to create happy and healthy lives for their families, but the COVID-19 pandemic is forcing all of us to face unprecedented challenges.  Throughout Pennsylvania and right here in Philadelphia, millions of people are suddenly without jobs or are making do with reduced hours. It is an unprecedented economic crisis which has created an environment where difficulty making a mortgage or rental payment is an unavoidable reality.

If you are currently behind, or expect to fall behind, on your mortgage or rental payments, complete this form; you may qualify for payment assistance. Your information will be sent to the Philadelphia Unemployment Project, and we will get in touch with you within 3 business days to discuss your unique situation and the program that is right for you.
