The Tuba Skinny concert that PUP organized honoring Councilmember Cherelle Parker was a success. Over 300 people attended the concert and dance at the Awbury Arboretum in Germantown, Philadelphia . Free swing dance lessons preceded a storming performance by the traditional jazz band from New Orleans. Here are some photos and a video.
